Cancellation & Refund:-

FOR BANQUETS

Banquets /Lawn Booking Cancellation Charges. Party venue charges will be refunded/ forfeited as under in case of cancellation: –
Beyond 15 working days Full Refund
Less than 15 working days and upto 07 working days in advance 20% of the venue charge forfeited
Less than 07 days and upto 02 working days 50% of the venue charge forfeited
24 hrs or less in advance 100 % Venue and 50% catering charges forfeited

FOR ROOMS

In case of cancellation of booking, advance / balance due after applicable cancellation charges, is to be collected within 14 days from date of booking post which it will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

If desired by the member the refund if any, will be made through a Noida cheque payable at all branches of the Drawer Bank. However a Members can lease the amount as a credit to be utilized later,also transfer balance amount to the membership or his/her bank account.
